1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document:

• "fbajie", "We", "Us", "Our" — refers to the fbajie platform and its operating entity, accessible at https://fbajie.club.
• "Player", "You", "Your" — refers to any individual who has registered an account on the fbajie platform or who accesses the platform in any capacity.
• "Platform" — refers to the fbajie website, all associated web pages, mobile-optimised interfaces, APIs, and all products and services offered through them.
• "Account" — refers to the personal account created by a Player upon successful registration with fbajie.
• "Funds" — refers to real money deposited by a Player into their fbajie Account balance, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise stated.
• "Bonus Funds" — refers to any promotional credits, free bet credits, or matched deposit amounts granted by fbajie to a Player's account under a promotional offer.
• "Wagering Requirement" — refers to the minimum total bet amount that must be placed before Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds may be withdrawn.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer. The identity verification process required by fbajie before processing withdrawal requests above specified thresholds.
• "BDT / ৳" — Bangladeshi Taka, the primary fiat currency used on the fbajie platform for Bangladesh-based players.

2. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and fbajie. By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any feature of the fbajie platform, you unconditionally accept these terms.

These Terms & Conditions should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form an integral part of the overall agreement between you and fbajie.

3. Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain an active account with fbajie, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age. fbajie enforces a strict minimum age policy. Players who are found to be under 18 will have their accounts immediately closed, any winnings forfeited, and deposits returned where technically possible.
• You are registering as an individual on your own behalf and not on behalf of another person or entity.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion agreement, either self-imposed through fbajie's own tools or through any third-party responsible gaming scheme.
• You are not currently employed by, or otherwise affiliated with, fbajie or any of its game providers, payment partners, or affiliate networks in a capacity that would create a conflict of interest.
• All registration information you provide — including your full legal name, date of birth, address, and contact details — is accurate, truthful, and current.
• You acknowledge that only one account per person is permitted. Creating duplicate accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all associated balances.

fbajie reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of ownership of any payment method used on the account.

4. Account Management

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your fbajie account. This includes all bets placed, all deposits made, and all withdrawal requests initiated, whether or not you authorised that activity directly.

• You must keep your login credentials confidential at all times. fbajie staff will never ask you to disclose your password via any channel.
• You must notify fbajie support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Accounts that have been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as dormant. fbajie will make reasonable attempts to contact you before applying any dormancy policy.
• You may close your account at any time by contacting fbajie support. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to your registered withdrawal method after completion of applicable KYC checks.
• fbajie reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any account at its sole discretion where there is reasonable evidence of breach of these terms, fraud, or other misconduct.

5. Deposits

fbajie accepts deposits via the following payment methods for Bangladesh-based players:

• All deposits must be made from a payment method that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted under any circumstances.
• fbajie does not accept cash deposits or bank wire transfers from personal accounts at this time.
• Deposits are credited to your account balance in BDT at the prevailing exchange rate for non-BDT methods (e.g., USDT). The rate applied is displayed in the cashier at the time of the transaction.
• fbajie reserves the right to reverse a deposit if it is identified as fraudulent or if it originates from a payment method not registered to the account holder.

6. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to KYC verification. fbajie aims to process verified withdrawal requests within the timeframes listed below:

• All withdrawals above ৳10,000 (or equivalent) require completion of KYC verification before processing. You will be asked to submit a government-issued photo ID and proof of the payment method.
• Withdrawal requests may be temporarily held pending standard AML (Anti-Money Laundering) screening. This is a routine security measure and does not imply any wrongdoing on the part of the player.
• Active bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirement are not eligible for withdrawal. Only real-money funds and fully wagered bonus winnings are withdrawable.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

fbajie offers a range of promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and become available for wagering only — they cannot be withdrawn directly.
• Each bonus carries a wagering requirement, expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 30x means the bonus amount must be wagered 30 times before withdrawal is permitted). The specific wagering requirement for each offer is stated at the point of opt-in.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus, as stated in the individual promotion terms. Bonus funds and associated winnings are forfeited upon expiry.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino games, table games, and crash games may contribute at a reduced rate (e.g., 10%–20%). The specific contribution rates are published in individual promotion terms.
• A maximum bet limit applies when playing with an active bonus. Placing bets that exceed this limit while a bonus is active may result in the voiding of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• fbajie reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that the modification does not adversely affect players who have already opted in and are actively wagering.

8. Betting & Gaming Rules

By using the fbajie platform to place bets or play casino games, you acknowledge and accept the following:

• All bets placed are final once confirmed by the system. fbajie does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been accepted by the platform, except where explicitly provided for under specific game rules.
• In the event of a technical failure, game interruption, or system error during the course of a bet or game round, fbajie will use available server logs and game provider records to determine the correct outcome. In cases where no fair outcome can be determined, affected stakes will be returned to the player's account.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the fbajie platform. Engaging in any of the following will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and where appropriate, referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account for the same individual, household, device, or IP address.

• Depositing funds on behalf of another person or using a payment method not registered in your own name.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward fbajie staff or other players via any communication channel, including live chat and email.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the fbajie platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of fbajie or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.
• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on the fbajie platform without prior written authorisation from fbajie.
• The fbajie name, logo, and all associated branding elements are the exclusive property of the platform operator. Unauthorised use in any form is prohibited.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, fbajie excludes all liability for losses or damages arising directly or indirectly from your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling outcomes, including losses incurred during technical disruptions where server logs confirm a bet was validly placed and settled.
• Interruption of service due to scheduled maintenance, emergency downtime, third-party infrastructure failures, or events outside fbajie's reasonable control (force majeure).
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.

12. Responsible Gaming
